Individual Regional Appearances
You will receive the week’s worth of programming every Sunday. We will have the programming prioritized. This will allow members to complete the programming depending on their goals/time commitment (competitive v. overall fitness/health).
Programming + Private Facebook Group.
The FB page will include:
– One blog post every 1-2 weeks
– Full workout demo 1x/wk
– Daily results posted by members and coaches to compare with others, creating an exciting, competitive atmosphere
– Ability for members and coaches to start discussions and ask/answer questions
Gold Level: Silver Level+ Weekly Video Critique + Weakness Work + Daily Workout Goals
– Our most in depth level will provide the most interaction between members and coaches.
– Athletes will be able to submit a weekly workout video of choice to be reviewed.
– We will tweak programming in order to help you attack your specific weaknesses (TTB, HSPU, etc.)
– We will provide a plan of attack for the main conditioning piece each day, allowing you to get the most out of the programming.
